
Ingredients:
½ Lb Green Beans chopped in halves
1 Potato
1 Onion
½ a Tomato
Pinch of ground Red Chilies
¼ Tsp ground Turmeric
½ Tsp ground Coriander
½ Tsp Cumin
3 Tbsp Corn Oil
Method:
Sauté the Onion with Cumin until golden
brown and add the rest of the ingredients and cook for
25 minutes on medium/low heat. Put in a dish at the end of cooking when
oil appears and potatoes are fully cooked. Garnish with freshly chopped
Coriander (Optional).
Serves size: 3 people
